The only grandpa i have left has passed away and i’m miles away. I couldn’t say goodbye the first time to my other grandpa and now i’m in the situation where i can’t say goodbye again. Life and death, it’s such a fine line in between. One day you’re alive and stressing about tiny little details and next you’re gone. It comes when it wants to, it happens when it’s supposed to. How do you come to terms with life and death?

i’m terrified i’m not going to grow into the person i am supposed to become, because somewhere along the line, i forgot who i am. my first instinct is to run away, but this time i’ll try not to because i want to do the unexpected, do the opposite of what you expect me to, i’ll do the exact opposite of what you hope i’d do.
it’s weird being back here in manchester this time round. i feel like a fresher feeling strange and awkward with the currency, with the crowds and the environment feels overwhelming. i can’t exactly pinpoint the cause of the strangeness but i assume it is partly due to my new home in an entirely new location.

tonight is my last night being back home in brunei. i just wanna spend it laying on my wonderful bed in my wonderful room, surrounded by everything that is familiar and loved. i’m going to miss brunei. :(

i enjoy reading postsecret because honestly, i’m just too kepo for my own good. ;D
when you take a look at blogsecret on tumblr or even postsecret, you’ll notice a lot of them are from being burnt by love. for something that is supposedly so pure and special, it sure messes people up a lot. you could even say that sometimes it stops people from living, literally or not. it’s amazing how this world and this life works, i can’t even begin to fathom it.
for most part, i find it scary to be alive. it’s challenging to go through the entire motion and sometimes it’s just a lot easier to call it quits. not saying that i wanna die now of course..
there you go, this is my deep and (sort of) meaningful post for the month.
